Led a joint partner co-marketing event in Seoul, Korea, where I created a comprehensive project plan from scratch. This plan covered all aspects, including the run of show, audience development, presentation content, stakeholder management, swag distribution, and event logistics. Following the success of the Korea event, I scaled and replicated the event blueprint in India and Thailand.
